Location

 Our main offices are on the first (ground) floor of Dominion Towers Parking Garage, at the corner of N.W. 11th Avenue and 14th Street, on the UM medical campus.  Click here for map and directions.

The entrance to Suite 165 is on the southwest corner of the building, on 11th Avenue side. Front desk hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for University holidays.

You can reach anyone in Medical Information Technology via the Receptionist at 305-243-6475.  The Receptionist is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Our Help Desk number is 305-243-5999, option 1.  The Help Desk is available 24/7.
