When did you last change your password?
Good information security requires picking a password that's "strong" (hard to guess), protecting it from disclosure, and not keeping the same one for a long time. If you haven't changed the password for your Medical ID in a while, you'll soon be receiving a notice about password expiration. Monitoring your workplace computing activities
What do we know about your computing habits? The short answer is "pretty much everything." Keeping campus information resources secure requires monitoring of all activities on the network. That includes email and Web browsing activities, data transfers and storage, and just about anything else you can think of. Occasionally, activities that are considered dangerous are blocked outright, including access to some Web destinations.
