Help Desk

The Help Desk operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.  The Help Desk staff can be reached three ways:

The Help Desk group provides technical support via telephone, email and remote access utilities to more than 7,000 faculty, staff and students at the Medical campus and remote sites.
