Chargebacks and rate structure

Effective November 1, 2007, Medical Information Technology eliminated its monthly chargeback fee for Core Services.  There is no longer a charge assessed per wired ("Ethernet") network device.

Technical support services are generally being provided free to Medical Center affiliates, including diagnosis and repair of UM-owned devices.  (Repair parts are provided at cost.)

Please visit the Core Services page for additional information on the services that are available to all Medical Center employees and students.
