IBM's Tivoli Storage Management is our Enterprise Tape Backup solution.  It provides centralized, automated data protection that can help reduce the risks associated with data loss while reducing complexity, managing costs and addressing compliance with data retention requirements.

Tivoli Storage Manager helps protect an organization's data and intellectual property by storing backup copies, archiving, space management and bare-metal restore data, as well as compliance and disaster-recovery, in a hierarchy of offline storage.  Tivoli Storage Manager can help protect computers running a variety of different operating systems. 

We use a Web-based management console to move and store data as well as manage comprehensive policy-based automation, to help improve data protection and potentially decrease time and administration costs.
