GoodLink

Function

GoodLink is a service that enables synchronization of Palm Treo devices with the Exchange email and calendaring service by using a third-party intermediary.  Real-time synchronization of email, calendar events, file attachments and other personal information manager (PIM) data is conducted "over-the-air".  There is no need to sync your mobile device with a cradle attached to your computer, nor to install software on your computer.

Access

 Goodlink is available to anyone with a Medical ID.  A monthly subscription fee applies that is paid to Good.  Contact the Procurement Staff to arrange for the monthly pass-through of expenses.

Additional considerations

 GoodLink is designed primarily for Palm O/S phones from PalmOne but also supports a few new devices running the PocketPC Operating System as well as some Windows Mobile platforms.
