Office directions and map

Our main offices are located on the ground (first) floor of Dominion Parking Garage.  The address is 1051 N.W. 14th Street, Suite 165.  The entrance is at the southwest corner of the building, on the NW 11th Avenue side.  Front desk hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for University holidays.

From I-95, points north:

 Exit I-95 at SR 836 West. Exit SR 836 at NW 14th Street. Take NW 14th Street East to NW 11th Avenue.

From I-95, points south and east

 Exit I-95 at SR 836 West. Exit SR 836 at NW 12th Avenue. and turn right onto NW 12th Avenue. Turn right onto NW 14th Street East to NW 11th Avenue.

From SR-836, the Airport, and points west

 Take SR 836 East and exit at NW 17th Ave., North. Take the Hospitals and Civic Center Exit, which is at the toll booth. The exit will curve around to the left and connect with NW 17th Ave. Turn right on NW 17th Ave. and cross over the Miami River bridge. Once over the bridge, take the first right onto NW North River Dr. Take the first left onto NW 13th Terrace. This street will become NW 14th St. at the first traffic light. NW 14th Street East past NW 11th Avenue.

Parking

(1) Dominion Parking Garage.  Corner of NW 11th Ave and NW 14th Street.  Entrance on NW 14th Street.  (2) On street metered parking is available on NW 11th Avenue and NW 14th Terrace. Pay-and-display machines accept coins and credit cards.  (3) CRB Parking Garage.  South side of NW 14th Street between 11th and 12th Avenue.

Public transportation 

Public transportation is available via the Metrobus routes 12, 21, 32, 95, 113M, 246; and the Metrorail Civic Center Station adjacent to the Medical campus.
