Function

Secure Gateway creates a VPN connection via a Web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Safari) to the Medical campus network.   

It does not require installation of a client program on the connecting device, so it may be used on computers for which one does not have rights to install software.  It is particularly suitable when you are using a "borrowed" computer. Once you have connected to the Medical campus network via Secure Gateway, you can use your computer and applications to access resources as if you were physically on the Medical campus. Secure Gateway even allows you to use the Remote Desktop application to access your workplace PC. SG also allows for access to internal SharePoint sites.

Access

 Secure Gateway is available to anyone with a Medical ID.  Go to the login page (link above).  Log in using your Medical ID and associated password.
